According to Abzas Media the search by police at the office has continued for 5 hours and police “revealed” 40 thousand euros. The media states that the amount doesn’t belong to newsroom:

Previously:
Executive director of Abzas Media, Ulvi Hasanli was detained by police and taken to the Baku City Police Department. His lawyer Zibeyda Sadigova was invited to the police by the inspector.
Early this morning, Abzas’s editor in chief reported Hasanli was missing, and nobody was able to reach or find him, since his phone was turned off.
He left his apartment early morning of 20 November and was supposed to be at the airport for his flight. However, he didn’t take flight and disappeared.
Following the events, police also raided AbzasMedia’s office. According to the AbzasMedia team, currently, police are searching the office, and journalists are not allowed to cover it.
